PROGRAM OVERVIEW
ACCESS & TRIAGE: This Program assists individuals in applying for and receiving appropriate services depending on their level of need. Triage services ensure that individuals are served in order of presenting need - that is, that those most acutely in need are served first. To be access services call 360-385-0321.
ADULT OUTPATIENT PROGRAM: Treatment services to adults include group as well as individual treatment and case management services. Services for adults with co-occuring disorders - such as substance abuse - are also available. To access Adult Outpatient services call 360-385-0321.
CHILD & FAMILY OUTPATIENT PROGRAM: The unique needs of children and their families are met through this program, which provides out-patient individual and group treatment; case management; and family, wraparound, and day treatment services delivered or under the supervision of Child Mental Health Specialists. CHILD & FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER: This community collaboration project is a building designed for kids and families, with family support programs and space available to child and family supportive activities. To access the Center call 360-385-2658
COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: Within available community funded resources, individuals without treatment funding sources can receive group and limited individual treatment services. To access these services call 360-385-0321.
CRISIS PROGRAM: Triage workers and Mental Health Professionals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet urgent and emergent needs. To access crisis intervention services call 360-385-0321.
DISCOVERY SCHOOL PROGRAM: Discovery School provides a milieu treatment plus education program to children whose behavioral diffficulties do not allow them to be served in other school settings. The program goal is re-entry to regular school. To access the Discovery School Program contact the Special Education program of your child's school district. INTENSIVE COMMUNITY SUPPORT: This program, providing services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness pulls together case management, medication, group, family support, and the Harbor House social/recreation and life skill services. OLDER ADULT PROGRAM: Older Adult services are provided by a Geriatric Mental Health Specialist whose training offers a specialized view to the needs of Elders. The Open Door Project which provides outreach to at-risk older adults and can be reached at 360-379-0308.
PSYCHIATRIC SERVICE PROGRAM: JMHS' Medical Team includes a psychiatrist whose training is with both adults and children, an ARNP with experience with adults, and an RN and a LPN with extensive experience with individuals with psychiatric illness. Medication evaluation and management services are available, accessed by calling 360-385-0321.
